Sound like you're entering ketosis. Everyone responds differently. I was already doing low carbs before I started so that helped. For me the keto flu lasted for a few days. It was a challenge to fight through it. I was fatigued, irritable and lacked motivation.

My scale takes so long to compute it's suspenseful... Time for a new one also :). They do have some smart ones out there that will sync with your devices. I believe many can be found on Amazon.
