@ibamford82 have you tried recipes that incorporate mushrooms, eggplant, and green peppers? I’ve heard these three can really mimic meat in certain recipes. Also Quorn is a HUGE frozen brand for vegetarian and vegan options. I have before and it’s really good!

How is everyone doing on day 1 ? I just had my first meal off my 16:8 fast! Broke my fast with 2TBS of APV, egg whites, green peppers, onions, and uncured turkey bacon , and 1/16 cup of shard cheddar cheese. Rolled all into an omelet - well not the ACV! Oh and I had 2 bottles of water.
