LOL....I agree! I would need beers after a kid party. My kids were born a day a part so for many years, it was absolute mayhem in October.....lots of beers later......now its just sadly quiet around here.1 -

@asolita Playing games with my fitness plan - that's exactly what I'm doing. Sometimes I just don't feel like working out...so I just don't! No excuses just NO motivation!

Challenge Goals
Goal 1: Go out Dancing (I LOVE dancing and haven't been out in months!)
Goal 2: Try some more advanced classes to up my exercise routine
Goal 3: Sign up for winter weekly swimming classes with my local community ed
Goal 4: I have a work conference coming up in Oct and I will be flying staying out of town for 5 nights - my goal is to have meals planned that don't require cooking and I can pick up at the grocery store while there (taking suggestions!!)

Been a little off with my snacking last week or so...Been tracking it all though! I'm leaving on a trip tomorrow and I always get stressed about taking care of everything I'll need, what I need to do before I go etc... so that has taken a little more of my focus. I have a healthy shopping list prepared for my trip so I can set myself up with meals at the hotel that don't need cooking! I'll definitely allow myself to indulge some and enjoy myself. I won't have a scale, so hopefully I at least maintain until next week when I'm back home. Wish me strength!!3 -
