When I started I was 304 it said that I needed to eat around 2000 calories a day to lose 2 lbs per week but I'm also doing an hour of cycling every day about 15 miles in an hour

I wasn't discourage by what you said. I was just stating that I didn't believe that I had lost 10lbs of body fat in a week lol

I know for a fact that I didn't lose 10 lbs of fat lol I m just super excited to see the number on the scale going down because I'm definitely putting in the effort
