  • Same! But the biggest difference I've made this time around is quit drinking alcohol. It's easier said than done but it's definitely made a difference for me :)

  • Thank you for responding! Yeah, I've put my goal to lose 1lb per week. I've done the crazy diets in the past but I just want to be healthy now. Good advice about taking it day by day.
