Nuts are a good source, particularly almonds, cashews and macadamias. Also, avocados, butter, cheese, to name a few more.

Yup, two steps forward and three steps back... I just started over a couple weeks ago and was starting to make progress when last week came around and I had to go to a convention the first part, and a mini vacation the second.
