I would eat over my calories everyday if I didn't workout. Just go for 1 hour walk daily that will give you an extra 200-300 calories.

Yea, only issue is in my case the rice was already cooked. But I will keep that in mind for next time.

I have about 60 more pounds to go to reach my goal. I'll try to make adjustments and see how it does in a couple of weeks. Thank you.

I just pushed through the plateau. It took me over a month also. Don't give a hope! I believe everyone goes through it.

What are you suppose to enter for grade? I assume that means incline?

Yea, this is what kind of scared me after doing some research. But I guess in moderation it shouldn't be that bad, of course it will never replace the amount of water I drink daily.
