My 2019 Before & After ... i was down 28 pounds but during the holiday I binged ate and gained around 10 of it back. I’m currently getting back in track and I would like to lose 20 pounds for 2020... my goal today was to just workout and stay within my calories I have achieved that goal.

Vacation set me back a little. I spent the majority of 2019 under 200 pounds... but from Thanksgiving to December 31... I gained around 13 pounds ... I signed up for a weight loss challenge through my gym. Today I did 1 hour on the treadmill.
