  • Interesting seeing that there is generally a consensus against the typical cheat meal like what Dwayne Johnson does. And I agree. If you know you're wanting a big burger with desert for dinner, have a light breakfast and possibly no lunch.
  • A rowing machine is low impact and also a total body workout. Start slow. Perhaps combine with yoga to increase core strength.
  • Stumbled across the 30 day challenge on 2nd January by chance and jumped straight into it. This is after dabbling in some online yoga videos as I've been wanting to try out yoga for awhile. After 15 days, I'm thoroughly enjoying including yoga in my workout and seeing good improvement with my rowing and running
  • Hi there. I'm 29 in the UK. I've lost about 11kgs since March 2020 using this app and connected services. Really find it useful! I've got about another 10kgs to go before I turn 30 in September. Would be great to connect with like-minded people on here :)
