During the week, I get about 10,000-12,000 steps (13,000 on a good day). During the weekend I'm a little more sedentary, around 5-6000. It's helped keep me in shape I'd say, plus my legs look awesome :P

Thanks everyone for your input! From what I experienced, I think it is mostly a diaphragm thing because I am pretty new to running and still trying learn how to pace myself.

My grandma used to make that for me when I was a kid for a late-night snack! Except she'd fry it with butter and add powder sugar, so total sugar bomb xP I feel you on that peanut butter. I heard PB2 was a lighter alternative, but I can't get behind the taste. I'd rather indulge :P

Not really a food, but Founder's All Day IPA hits just right sitting out by the pool. Goes great with a bag of pretzels :D

taco bell had these capn crunch bites that were like the cinnabons that they serve, but they were like giant crunchberries with filling that came with a side of glaze. so so good. that and their beefy crunch burritos. god i miss those. their frito burritos don't cut it.
