Do you find yourself more sensitive to caffeine after weight loss?
I used to be quite a "caf-fiend" back in the day, especially in college. Nowadays, it doesn't take much to get me all jittery. I don't know if I'm older and years of imbibing illegal amounts of caffeine have taken its toll, or because I've lost some weight my body absorbs it faster. Anyone else relate?

Is peanut butter not a good source of fat?
I was studying and decided to have a snack, so I decided to have these protein bars that are made of peanut butter and honey. A family member told me that peanut butter isn't a good source of fat and honey is just sugar. My brain needs fat, so I should be eating stuff like meat or cheese, maybe even ice cream. The bar…

How do you get over stomach cramps while running?
It's annoying. Sometimes I can go a whole mile without cramping, other times it feels like someone is twisting my insides like a balloon animal. What do you do to get over them and finish your run?

What was the worst cheat day(s) you've ever had?
I'm home for fall break right now, obviously taking full advantage of it as I don't feel like doing anything, and ballooned up like a pufferfish. Definitely gonna hit the gym hard when I go back to school, that's for sure.

School started again, and I wanted to break out of the lazy habits I developed over the summer. Started running and going on nature walks, also joined a gym even though I have really bad social anxiety. Just wanna get swol and awesome basically, but can't do that sitting in a chair all day.
