I'm here because I'm not comfortable in my body at all. Have been losing and regaining the same weight over and over but have stuck with things much longer than usual this time around. I'm hopeful some of the changes are starting to stick. 🤞 If anyone wants to be friends I'd be more than happy 🙂

That is so true. There has never been so much vegan junk food! I feel like we are missing out on nothing these days. I'm not really a foodie, so not much help there. All my meals are simple and I eat the same things all the time. But happy to have new friends and will help if I can. Coming up on 5 years now. 🌱

I'm in the same boat. My motivation has deserted me and I haven't stuck with my plan at all. Just wanted to sympathise! Being stuck inside can pose a lit of challenges.
