After a long run ... usually on a weekend...on the Monday I've gained 3lb. Water retention in the muscles... it goes after a couple of days

Sometimes it's too easy to get hung up on a figure suggested by a book etc .. what do you look like in the mirror..if you like what you see you're at your ideal weight

If you're worried about a few extra cals run / jog /walk a little further to compensate

Hi .. do you run .. I use this and Strava to log my running etc ... useful tools to check month by month how much you're doing and if you're slacking .. if you do run follow me on Strava and keep up the encouragement

With little exercise 1370 should be fine .. 0.5 to 1lb a week I would think .. if you exercise you could increase this

Yes to calorie deficit..But NO to eating junk as somebody else said to .... its about lifestyle changes... prob junk food that got you here ...find healthy foods that you like as you're more likely to stick to these after achieving your goals ..
