  • What worked for me today was going to the gym instead of physical therapy. I did some cardio and strength machines. I had too much stress to drive a distance to go to the appointment and it felt better to go to the gym instead. So that worked for me today.
  • I really wanted to exercise this morning but it was too cold to walk outside and not enough time to get all bundled up to try and do it.   • My NSV today is that I did my hair color tonight after hours of not doing it. I made myself do it and I got it done. Now I don’t want to eat! I feel accomplished tonight. It’s a good feeling.
  • My NSV is that I try not to eat even a gummie vitamin with 15 calories to save the calories. I’ll take the pill with no calories. I’ll stop eating even a small amount of calories just to save the calories. Every little bit helps.

  • Today I realized that I can manage stress by doing things I enjoy even if I only have a little bit of time. I watched a movie this afternoon for 1 1/2 hrs. I decided I would use that time to take a break and fit in a movie. It was so worth it. I just paused my chores and stopped the stress. The movie was good too!
  • I got my second shot this morning. My arm is sore, and I hope that’s all the side affects I get. I had a good day today with eating.
