  • My calorie goal is 1200 per day. Today I was realizing I’m going to be on that for a long time. It just came to my mind. I can handle that pretty well. I hope I can do it for the long haul. This losing weight is hard!
  • Cooking the most delicious dinner I had no idea I was going to make. I had no idea how I was going to use portabella mushrooms, tuna and cheese. I stuffed the mushrooms and sautéed them with some spices. It really worked.
  • I’ve been eating under my calorie goal most days. Once or twice a week I’m over by a small amount. I’m so proud of myself for doing this. Yay!

  • Today’s goals are actually tonight’s right now. I want to make salmon for dinner with broccoli. I have to push myself to do it. But I will. Then do the dishes. I also want to work 15 min. on my 3rd bookshelf. Then take a shower, relax and go to bed. Thank you for the food scale recommendation. I didn’t get one yet but will.

  • I need to make a goal to cook. First I need to clean up my kitchen. I will do the bookshelf for 10 min. tonight and the kitchen tonight and tomorrow. I did add in a walk today which I’m proud of. Thanks for the idea for the books!
  • I’m 5’1” and weigh 169. I started at 176. I’ve lost 7. I admire everyone who’s getting so many steps in. I get about 3,500k in my walks. I want to get more. I probably do but I only have my phone to track it and don’t carry my phone with me all day. I’m glad I’m losing though. All the best!

  • I’m doing well keeping up with tracking food and walking. The only thing though, is I’m feeling like I need some encouragement to keep my motivation high.
