Muscle weighs more than fat. I weigh second thing every morning, only to see if I’ve gained but not to see if I’ve lost. It helps me to keep a positive outlook on the whole process.

Hello. I fast for 3 days out of every month. It was hard at first but it’s gotten easier for me. Now it’s almost a pleasure to not worry about food. Best of luck to you.

I need to lose about 50 myself. I’m super lazy most days. I’m trying to change that. I’m logging every bite no matter how bad it reflects on me. I’d be more than happy to have an accountability buddy.
