I’m about to right now lol. Ive been 200-300 under my calorie goal Almost every day for a couple of weeks and I think it’s caught up to me; my stomach is growling 2 hours post meal. ALL DAY.

So, the study is interesting, but...just get down to it - exercise is the single Most critical and efficient factor in insulin sensitivity; actively moving glucose stores around.

I think I have a petite face naturally. I’m 5’3. At my lowest (132) my face looked kinda gauntley and old! I also had flaccid flap-jack boobies but thats another story for another day. Oh, and I had bad iron-deficiency. Gaining back 50 pounds has fixed those “problems” but I’m now obese again. Go figure

Not sure if this is just propaganda or hype or actual scientifically-sound information - but I have read and heard that a lot of the side effects of artificial sweeteners are because your body doesn’t know it’s not sugar (glucose).

I like my Tito’s & Coke Zero from time to time...but I really don’t drink but a couple times a year maybe. So I can’t speak

What I tell my patients is this - you are better off with a little extra weight (which can be lost in due time) than smoking/vaping!!!
