Like a 'here's an easy way to lose the weight you gained during lockdown - do it along with us' vibe.   • Well done on a huge loss! If you link a hairband through the button in your jeans, you can use it as a sturdy extender to keep the jeans up whilst you slim down. Knot it through the hole then slip it over the button - just make sure that it's a strong hair bobble! Well done on your journey so far :)
