Oh my, no crazy claims here (no claims at all really, I'm presuming weight loss is the goal here) but the visuals 😯

You haven't given us much info to go on (personal stats, duration of your workout). But probably closer to 50 than 300 I'm guessing, since: most fitness trackers show total calorie burn (they include BMR calories) - actual active calories will be less arms are a small muscle group And strength training doesn't burn a whole…

Appetite isn't necessarily a good indicator of metabolism. If you're worried about your metabolism, I would recommend this (mostly for preserving muscle): A modest rate of loss rather than a fat rate of loss Sufficient protein intake, as you mentioned Strength training Diet breaks might be helpful if you've been dieting…

Even with a weekly view, normal weight-loss isn't necessarily linear, stalling for a few weeks can à be perfectly normal. You've lost 25 lbs in 80 days or so - that's quick by any measure. Your body may be just be 'recalibrating' its water weight level after those losses. I would recommend patience - when you haven't…

1 kilo (= 2.2lbs) is a fast rate of loss. You don't mention your height or weight, but it might be good that it's slowing down, since that rate is not appropriate for everyone. That being said, have you adjusted your calorie goal since starting your weight-loss? Or is your calorie intake still the same?

What is your weight doing? If you're losing weight or staying stable, it's highly likely that the machine 'measuring' your bodyfat is just wrong. Those machines are notoriously unreliable: they don't measure anything, but rather guess your bodyfat percentage based on a small electrical current they send through your body.…

I'm wondering: did you choose the slowest rate of loss in the goal settings? Because MFP changed the activity level settings à few months ago and every since then my sync had been wrong (my goal after adjustment is a few hundred calories too high) which would just about correspond with maintenance level if you're set at…

You don't need premium to customize meal names, it's possible in the free version too. → settings -> diary settings -> customize meal names

We may be overthinking the brand name - they focus on gut health and hormonal balance and seem to be part of a company called Happy Koala. Maybe they just like animals 😄

What paying features do you think you need? Personally, I'm fine with the free version, but it'll depend on your specific needs. Being 'stretched out' has zero impact on the ability to lose weight, only perhaps on the ability of your skin to retract/firm up fully after weight-loss (but I wouldn't let the risk of loose skin…

OK, this one is funny not so much for what is says, but for the image. Apparently fitting into clothes again = growing rather than getting slimmer? (look at the shoulders) I've heard of people growing a bit when losing weight (less compression on the spine) but not to this extent 😆

Well, there is a search bar, but there are only a few groups with fatty liver/NAFLD or tachycardia in the name, and they're all inactive. You might have better luck doing a search in the boards rather than the groups? The boards are a lot less active now than they used to be, but you might find some older topics with…

Hm, well, I would say that you need to tap/ click on the topic titles. But if you're having trouble opening topics, I'm not sure you'll be able to read my answer 😄 As for groups, it's going to depend on what you're looking for? If you could be more specific, some of us may be able to recommend specific groups. If not, you…

As has been mentioned, some features do vary between devices. I used to have a Vivoactive 4, but currently using a Forerunner 255: it gives me intensity minutes even without starting activities! So far this week I've gotten 18 intensity minutes from running to catch my train to work 😄 To get back to the topic on hand: I…

My advice would be to stay small and build from there. Don't let yourself get overwhelmed! Step 1: start logging your meals as they are - calorie counting can take a bit of time to get right, I once looked back to my first weeks of logging and wondered how I made any progress at all 😆 The database is crowdsourced, so take…

Barring any kind of medical issue, I associate dizziness more with a lack of nutrients rather than an excess. And 200 kcal over your calories is negligeable anyway.

The standard (free) set-up in MFP sets your macro goals as percentages of your calorie goal. When you enter exercise or have a fitness tracker synced that gives you extra calories, your calorie goal increases which causes your macro goals to increase as well. If you pay for premium, you can keep your macro goals…

You lose belly fat by losing weight overall. You lose weight by being in a calorie deficit, which you can achieve by eating less and/or being more active. Personally, I did do exercise while losing weight (and still do now) because I love my food and being more active means being able to eat more 🙂 just do something you…

As much as I want the website/ desktop version to be improved, I doubt it will happen. All more or less recent developments have been done on the mobile app - I wouldn't be surprised if they end up getting rid of the desktop website entirely somewhere down the line.
-
The database is crowdsourced so entries can have errors. Always believe the label/ package over what the entry in MFP says.
-
Have you tried the Quick Add functionality? The free version let's you log calories, if you have premium you can also add macros. If it's just for a one-shot addition of days in the past, you could do a free trial of premium I think.
-
Just search for a different food database entry with the units you want. For milk I'm guessing there are dozens, if not hundreds to choose from.
-
I would add, as a general comment for the food insights: being a beta feature, if it is MFP's intention to improve this feature (and even in general) it would be helpful to be able to see the relevant diary entries for each category. This allows people to give very specific feedback to improve the feature It also allows…

This is where feature suggestions and ideas can be posted:

You know what annoys me even more than screw collar dumbbells? Screw collar barbells! Honestly, I loathe changing weights because of it 😆 but that might be linked to the way I work out - I like to alternate exercises between each set so that means a lot of changing of weights.
-
What are you trying to achieve precisely? Because I have a feeling it might already be possible - you can copy a meal and then edit it (in the android app at least).
-
Age doesn't reduce your calorie goal by 500kcal per day - it must be something else?
-
Honest opinion about what precisely? Looks like great progress, presuming the left picture is after and the right picture before.
-
Totally agree with the last paragraph. Even if this feature worked perfectly, I'd want to be able to see the specific foods in each category, but even more so while the feature is still a work in progress.
-
The food insights are a beta feature, still very flawed (based on some sort of AI probably). I would just ignore it entirely.
