I login because I need some accountability. I try to use the diary near meal time and I check my feed several times a day to see what my friends are doing and to share support & encouragement. I mostly save evenings for forums & groups as it’s easy to get distracted and go down that rabbit hole.

I’m getting started again. It’s definitely a journey. I decided to track what I was eating and was a bit shocked. I’m kind of a grazer so what I thought was average is way over my target. Trying to get a game plan going.
