Wifey & I completed T25 Beta Upper Focus earlier this afternoon...I’m already feeling sore. 😩. But it’s all worth it! 😎 I may try to get a run 🏃 in over the weekend as the temperatures are obviously getting lower these days in the NJ/NYC area. Have a good weekend beautiful people!

I definitely agree with the folks stating that the mirror is the ultimate test of satisfaction. I use the scale for a bit of motivation since I just joined the MFP familia and got back on the Focus T25 video workouts.

Everyone on this thread has provided some constructive feedback. You should also know your body about now (i.e. feeling full, endurance level, etc.), so leverage those instincts. But also ENJOY yourself! Godspeed!

@nm212 - You definitely shouldn’t get discouraged from weighing yourself. I just restarted Focus T25 workouts (3rd week in) and only began to use this app as well as another last week. I actually inched up in weight, but like you - I feel better, stronger, firmer. Just stay with it. Your personal data from these entries…
