  • Oh yes, with added on calories of course. But my RMR is about 200 calories less than would be expected of my weight and height so the numbers that seem to apply to me (if we were all the same). Is off :)

  • The issue with that system is that it puts me about 250 calories above what I need. I was just hoping I could go in and type in my goal :)

  • I love food :). I wake up thinking about food. I’m always having to decide not to eat or I’m pretty sure if snack none stop.
  • Just adjust as you go. If eating back the calories doesn’t stall your weight loss it’s going well. If you start to stall out stop eating them. It’s really the only full proof way to find out the accuracy:)
