This is so interesting! I looked back at my workout a year ago on March 2, 2019! I was 275 pounds on this date and I burned so many more calories because I was not as in shape as I am now. This is now:

@mmdeveau DKA is no joke. I know of two people who have died from DKA. My PCF said KETO is a low card high fat diet which is not good for anyone long term. He’s seen patients have short term success with long term negative consequences.

Happy Happy Happy! Made it to my initial goal weight 30 days ahead of time🎊. We are heading to New Orleans on vacation in March and I really wanted to be under 230 pounds.
