Make sure you are 100% dialed in on tracking - it’s likely you are not in the deficit you think. I my experience it goes back to tracking - also don’t eat back any calories burned as the cals burned most wearables provide is usually not accurate- just some suggestions - good luck

I did my monthly in body scan and have surpassed my goal of 10% bf - came in at 9.6%! This is the leanest I have ever been - I know they are not the most accurate but I am stoked . Next step will be to maintain til 10/1 then start my first intentional bulk to start putting on lean muscle- have a good weekend mfp’ers -
