Started here at 215 lbs and have been maintaining my healthy weight for over two years. ♥️

Great success photos! I can't seem to get mine to post here and can't delete the comment for some reason. Anywho if any ladies want to add me as a friend on here, I do have a few before and after weight loss pictures posted. I liked looking at success stories when I began this journey so I'm happy to share with anyone who…

Another one.

This day. This photo in the tank top. Hiding from the camera at my dads bday lunch then trying to crop this to look decent for social media. I never wore that shirt again either. One year ago exactly.

So relatable! I had a matching moment and it takes away from what should be a proud or fun moment. I was on stage with a coworker accepting something for our company at a big event to kick off the summer 2019 series, my first year with them and I wish I could have been comfortable with those photos. I didn't want anyone to…

An updated one.

You all look so good! I hope you feel proud!

Yay!

Fyi, I did NOT have it. Our doors were locked for a while a work so I assume that is what he referred to.

Somebody saw me at work and said "Covid was good to you!" and I looked like a different person, so I've got that going for me, I guess haha.

Cheers to our chins, right people?! 😂💁

You look truly happier too!

A few people have said I "look younger" somehow after losing weight this year and while I didn't get it in myself, I totally see this concept in you! And many other pictures here I am noticing! I'll be darned, haha.

I'm 5'4.1 haha. Started around 212 August 2019...one year later I'm at 131. 95% diet/calories to get here, 5% exercise haha.

Here's a good one. 11 months.

Thanks! My weight would sometimes stagger around the same amount but consistently I see it drop once a month around the same time (tmi sorry but that affects weight/water retention) so I got accustomed to that pattern, knew I'd see a loss after that time of the month, and not hung up on the weeks when I didn't move the…

I didn't adjust them and other than noticing that I could try adding more protein in the beginning, I only used the macros as like data in the beginning. I never look at them now really but the set percentages have matched what I was eating. I don't count my carbs. I've been asked if I do keto or intermittent fasting by…

You can do it!

Here's another picture...my best friend's wedding late 2018 and now. I didn't take many pictures with her because I didn't like my body in photos and that is a shame.

Here is the progression since August, keeping in mind that I put my starting weight at 195 without getting on a scale and it was closer to 212 like I can see on my dr chart. I was in denial about being over 200 lbs.
-
My setting is at 1200 without the fitbit extra calories. Typically 1200-1400 a day

You can do it!

You are too kind! Thank ya!

Oh, I understand! I think i was around 170 when I realized it was time for new clothes, and that was a confidence boost/motivational itself. I honestly felt like I was looking slim and trim when I could wear a 12 petite and get rid of my size 16 pants, and I hadn't even lost half the weight yet. Every time I saw the scale…

I thought it added more than i actually "earned"

My app is set to 2 lbs loss a week. Don't put stock in that number and get discouraged. Just keep going because you can be doing everything right and not consistently lose at that pace, I did not have any "cheat days" yet it took a year to lose the 80 lbs. There were lulls every month. I didnt record when my weight went up…
