We can do this. I started Nov 6th 227lbs logging all meals trying not too exceed 150 carbs and 2,000 cals per day. Thanksgiving threw a monkey wrench in my plan but as of today I'm at 219. TNClutchman is right. I also found the wife's old food scale and weighing portions helps. Add me if you like
