Double check all food entries
I started MFP Nov 5th and logging all food and weight every day. out about 8-9 lbs so far. But. Beware When logging entries from the database macros triple check the nutrition facts. I'm finding and correcting a lot of errors. (Nutritionix is a good source for Nutrition facts for cross reference).
