10 carbs in a small mandarin orange??? Some of these foods I'm logging are suprising to say the least..

That sounds about right. Fruits and vegetables are primarily carbs.2

Sounds about right. Oranges have sugar in them, that’s why they’re good when your glucose is low. Check to make sure the actual weight is the same as your reference.2
