Steps: 3,655 93 oz water Did make healthy choices and stayed under my calories. Fell short in my steps due to the rain...might come up short til Thursday...hopefully I'll get some walking time soon!!

Steps - 6,654 Went on a small walk ...boy it was hot!! Met all my goals, except 1...I will work on my water intake only 73oz today... Thank you for all your support!!!

6/27 steps - 6,070 Today was a good day...started with breakfast after church...this is the only day I eat before noon...stayed low carb! Dinner was made by my dad and we had meatloaf with broccoli and cauliflower casserole. Tomorrow is my first weigh in with the group....little nervous but I haven't been able to get back…

Steps 6/23 8,542 Trying to get in the habit of checking in twice...yesterday I forgot 🤦🏼♀️ I'm struggling for dinner with the family and ended up eating not so great although I stayed under with my calories. Things I need to work on. Congratulations on everyone's goals...you are such an inspiration
