@Go_Deskercise thanks for the reply. Are the ropes you’re using weighted? I’m currently using a cheap WOD nation rope that’s really light weight and it’s going ok. I’m enjoying it and getting pretty good workouts. What I’m wondering is whether a weighted rope (Crossrope or cheaper amazon version) will help me step it up.

Thanks for all of the replies. I took a look back at the calculator I used and it turns out I should be at about 1500. It’s funny, that’s the number in my head when I read articles like “This is what 1,500 calories looks like on thanksgiving” but somehow that translated to 1,200 in the app. I’ll adjust that.
