On track day. Modicum of exercise. 400 foot single climb. No repeat. I got 11,700 for Jan so far. I guess that is better than totally sedentary. I got 13,000 last Jan and 16,000 Jan before that. Eh, January don't have to be record ambition. Afterwards drove out to one of my old haunts. I just explored it driving. It is…

Chips ... I like these chips called Cheetos. I used to always buy them in what I thought was a single serve bag. You know, from those shelves kind of by check out. But they ain't single serve. It says 3.5 servings at 170 cals per. Yikes! 600 calories! I still do it but not very often. I used to do it like every time I went…

Had a few consecutive pass days but today is back to on track. Tomorrow is exercise on day. Today was active enough to qualify but not like "on" day. Yesterday was spin bike but eating was not in bounds.

pass number 2 I ate all them leftover meatballs. 30 cals each but I lost count. That is on top of two beers and two miniatures. Not exactly a binge but it all adds up and I didn't do the adding of it. I don't think my wife will buy them meatballs again. She say she don't like them. (diet begins in the grocery store.)

Coyotes - I live in a city. There is coyotes in the city. They don't seem to be too sensitive to habitat. Coyote jumped over my gate into my backyard and ate the neighbors cat that happened to be in there. I go out to the rural places. I see evidence of coyote digestive process. Sometimes early I can hear them baying or…

I like that vid blog that Dixie made. Vlog I think they call it. It has edits from one of her previous vlogs where she encountered that mountain lion. Thing about it is, whenever I encounter an obscure wild animal, it does everything it can to get away or out of sight. That mountain lion isn't moving away from Dixie, it is…

1/5 exercise - yes track - yes budget - yes Kind of like 2 and a half hours of hill repeats today. Temperature a few degrees warmer so I kind of felt like I had my layers wrong. Icy patch was gone. Mr Wizard says exercise calories upwards of 1,000. Haven't eaten into it. See how the scale responds in the morning.

1/4 exercise - yes track - yes budget - no pass (1)

exercise - yes track - yes budget - yes Another day of minimum required exercise. Another day of AF.

exercise - yes tracking - yes budget - yes Kind of minimalist exercise day. Sometimes it is like that. No alcohol. Minimal exercise puts my budget really close. Alcohol would knock me out of bounds. I guess no great loss. I need to get my caffeine down some.

exercise - yes budget -yes track -yes - No alcohol for the big party. Actually no big party. So no hangover this morning. Went to the "track" for some hill repeats. Got the first couple of repeats in before the sun came over the mountain. Cold. 19 degrees I think. I was more or less comfortable though. Interesting to see…
