Homemade peanut brittle-- my parents used to make this when I was growing up. I have come to love Tiger Butter Fudge. Basically peanut butter fudge.

I have just started but mine is open. You will find good, bad, ugly and anything else. LOL I like to see what others eat too. Helps me get ideas on new things to fix for my family.

This sounds like a really good idea. I know I am at fault when it comes to eating a snack. I start reading or watching TV or even baking and I snack while doing it and I realize when I'm finished I have eaten wayyyyy too much. Accountability is a great way to watch what you eat. I will do my best to check in each day.

Maybe a Broccoli Salad. The one I'm thinking of has broccoli, red onion, bacon, and raisins with a dressing on it.
