My weight is 160 right now and within a month I'm trying to get to 150lbs and 10 percent to 8 percent body fat

I forgot to mention I gym 5 to 6 days a week for 2 hours and mostly working out can't breath but would talk to friends or take breaks if needed

No I work out 5-6 days a weeks and I'm 5'8 and weight 158, trying to cut and lean out bc I have excess amount of fat in the lower body part, I've inserted a picture which I took yday

Thank yiu everyone!! Ive tried using the iifym but I don't think it's accurate it give me 2352 cal goal to lose ans shed some pounds which is way too much personally
