I stick with a 1200 calorie goal! I’m also a stay at home mom I use my stationary bike 15 minutes 2x a week at a pace of 18 in the afternoon while my son is asleep, and use the FitOn app and do a 15-20min strength exercise 3x a week in the afternoon (:

I guess I should show my journey thus far! I started 1/2/20 at 158.8lbs & 5’2 I’m now 147.4lbs Picture on the left is at 158.8 & picture on the right was at 149.2lb

The confidence boost!! I’m only 7lbs down with 24lbs more to go but can already see a drastic change. I use to be so insecure but the past 3.5 weeks I’ve started focusing on myself and getting healthy and my confidence has just grown tremendously!
