I am a rice addict. Cauliflower rice doesn’t do it for me. Scrambled egg white as a rice substitute is my go to. I put my stir fries over it and it fills me up. Not the same as rice but it does the trick. High protein and vegetable. 🤗 Ps. I don’t add milk to my eggs like some.

I am so excited to say that I reached this goal today. I realized shortly after posting (on Nov. 19, 2020) that I did not set a timeline for the goal so I decided that I wanted to reach it before the end of 2020. I downloaded a 5K training plan and tailored it to me. I decided to jog the 5K today since this will probably…

That’s awesome! Congratulations and keep up the impressive work. 😊

I love this! I am in the same position as you. I paused my weight loss for this season. It has been a long maintenance season of losing and gaining the same 5 pounds but I am not beating myself up about it. I am happy to have lost 50 pounds and have maintained it for 6 months. I have not maintained this much weight loss in…

I ran stairs today for my workout!! I went to my garage gym but it was too cold for me to start so I decided to take my workout inside. I did stairs, burpees and push-ups for my workout. It was a short 15 minutes workout but it is something I would not have chosen to do a few months ago.

Wow! You make it look so easy. 🏋🏾♀️🤗 #inspired

I just discovered, today, that I can jog 2 miles without walking. My mini goal is a 5K. Running has been a beast for me. I can lift heavy and do cardio and have been working out consistently for the last 2 years but for some reason I couldn’t run. Of course, I have been avoiding running but the coach prescribed a 2 miles…

I am wearing a medium shirt that I haven’t worn in over 10 years. My husband saw it on me and all he said was Wow. 💃🏿

Thanks @persimmonfig! This post has been a good motivator for me as well. Glad to see so many people on the same journey cheering on each other. 🤗

My goal is to lose 17-20 pounds by Halloween.

I skipped the (assisted) pull up bar and did push presses and kettlebell snatches. I must have injured my shoulder in a weird spot so I can’t do my weekly pull ups. I chose to do something else so that I can heal.

Someone asked me today if I was a runner. I have been asked about my workout routine many times in the past couple of months. People never assumed that I work out before.

Great work. Here is my progress. I am down a little over 50 pounds.

I have lost the ability to shop at torrid. I have lost 95% of my ‘regular’ clothes. I have lost the excuses I had to avoid certain social interactions. I have lost some of my self doubt. I have lost my ‘sweet tooth.’ The list goes on..

Me? Thanks. I am 5’5.5”. I finally accepted the fact that weight loss is 90% nutrition and I am finally losing weight. :)

Still a work in progress but I just wanted to share mine since we are all built differently. 237 vs 205 I am 5’5.5”
