I have a pair of trousers I bought 2 years ago ( it's an ensemble ) but the trouser did not go up the thighs.I still have it😅 ans I trust that will be a major feeling seeing this trouser actually go up and.close.8 -

I have three pairs of jeans on which the zip won't. go. up. yet. SO frustrating to be so close. But of course the lower belly fat is always the last to leave on me.8 -
Someone asked me today if I was a runner. I have been asked about my workout routine many times in the past couple of months. People never assumed that I work out before.28

I had some unexpected meals today (my roommate wanted to cook), so I had to make some adjustments to my meal entries. The NSV is that I was still able to hit my calorie goal!23

I realized yesterday: I have a waist again! That was very exciting!23

nope didn't do good at 2nd night supper campmeeting either. Got up this morning trying to find something to wear to work and saw this dress that 2 or 3 weeks ago i put on and hips were to tight. The way i ate last two days i thought it would never fit but i remembered i lost inches in my hips so i tried it on and YES!! it fit great!!! Maybe tonight i be inspired to do better.14

Mine is pretty simple...I got out of bed this morning and did a workout. Everything in me wanted to stay in bed. Anytime i fight and win the feeling to stay in bed is a victory.30

Have started working on some new clothes and bought a shirt that was...GASP...single XL! I've been a 2XL since...the 90s! And the new shirt fits well! :happy dance:29

I can think of a few so I'll just list them down:
- Can walk up to 6 miles without taking a break.
- Can fit into super tight skinny jeans.
- Bought a pair of shorts that fit like a glove!
- I'm eating more and hitting my calorie goals ( I struggle with disordered eating so its a win!)
- I can keep up with my tall friends when I walk with them now rather than gasping for breath.
So not bad really!29 -
I seem to have found good maintenance calories. I mean, I was trying to lose, so I need to adjust, but I've never seen my libra trend at such a steady spot. I weight change was 0.0 pounds (0.1% change) in July. That is nice, I now know what I've been eating and exercise level are a good maintenance level.16

Had to switch to a shorter belt yesterday.17

I went for my first ever morning run today, because I knew I wouldn't have time to run tonight.
I doubt I'll be doing that again anytime soon (not a morning person), but at least I did it and I know it's an option when circumstances make it necessary.27 -
Tried on an old shirt I found in a box and it fits rather much better today.18

Running my usual 2.5 mile route in under 36 minutes. It may not be trail blazing. However, for me, I am happy.

Riding a pretty identical route on my mountain bike, today vs my 2nd ride a month ago - knocked 20 minutes off of it! And didn’t feel too tired afterwards either!!

I pulled my watch band one notch tighter!18

It's a weird one, because it's not entirely positive but I know it's good. I started to see my hips' stretchmarks, the ones that came from my most recent big weight gain i think. And it's weird and nice because I can see my body rearranging itself!!! also am pudgy all over the place, and my skin was quite tight before starting the weight loss.20

I went for an MRI today & I fit in the tube!43
-
One of my side rolls has almost entirely disappeared. A bit of the shape under the fat and the skin is beginning to peek out!22

I had about three that I noticed all within a day of each other!
First, for the first time in about five years, I am able to take my wedding ring off without either tearing apart/bruising my finger, or going through a whole bunch of soap/oil
Second, I had to put my Fitbit band up another notch because it kept slipping down to the bottom of my wrist!
And third, and probably the one I am the most excited about... When standing in front of a mirror, I realized I could actually see my bellybutton without having to lift any fat!23 -
First time wearing these shorts in like 5 years.
First time being confident enough to wear shorts to work EVER.

I love C25k! I’ve done it twice, the first time I got to wk 8 and stopped. This past spring I finally restarted 4 years after my first go and made it to the end. Now I go out and run a 5k likes it's no thing ☺️ Keep at it it’s so worth it! 🏃🏽♀️14 -
I bought this online and realised when it arrived that if anything it's a bit on the loose side...11

I put on a dress that I hadn't worn for three months 'for no real reason'.
The real reason was I knew deep down it would be tight and hard to do up. It's not now.
It's amazing how many clothes have 'broken zippers' until you actually fit into them properly again, and then the zip magically fixes itself...20 -
Recently my doctor told me that my blood sugar was off the charts (15 mmol/l).
I started keto a few weeks ago and started walking again. Yesterday and today my after lunch/dinner blood sugar clocked at 4.2-4.6 mmol/L range which is normal!
In the past, it has never been so low. It was around 9.2 mmol/L when I was on low carb. I am so happy that it is well under control!16 -
The last time my back looked like this was....NEVER! And I’m 48 years young!
