Team Body Project! They have free Youtube videos, but their subscription is worth it! They have all standing, low impact cardio plus so much more. My favorite part of TBP is that there are real people doing the workouts not only just fitness models.

Today is supposed to be my rest day, but I did a quick 10 minute cardio video anyway. I just finished logging everything I ate today - I'm still drinking my water. There is currently a deficit of 263 calories for me for today. Yay for staying with my limit!

Hey guys. Today I tracked breakfast, lunch and exercise for the first time in forever. I usually use MFP to log my weight. Tracking my food today really helped me make better choices on what to eat today. Excited to staart.

I couldn't eat anything except the chicken because I'm on Whole 30. So I made broccoli salad, and some guac to bring over to family's house. My husband and I had the chicken and the sides I made.
