It's impacting me hard right now, especially on a mood level. Not being active enough while indoors drives me crazy. I get lazy and start snacking... I really need to establish a new schedule and try to stick to it. Truth is, I miss my old life π

An update from me, as I complete day 90 of the weightloss journey. I'm down 16.5 lbs so far and can confirm that for me noticing a real difference happened only after losing 15 lbs. Patience is really the key. π

When I'm having a hard time I do the following: I tell myself that no food or taste can ever compare with the feeling of liking your own image in the mirror. When I put it that way I manage to supress the urge to eat whatever is in front of me.

I want to be truly happy with what I see in the mirror for once. I've always had curves and I've always said to myself "nah it's not so bad I can live with itβ, but now I've really had enough. There's no quitting this time until I get to where I want to be for the first time in my life.
