True. I follow a HIIT workout video but i still don't know how many calories i burn. What i just do is go to 'mapmyfitness' app and choose 10aciousHIIT workout and track my workout. Though i might burn more than that but that's just what i do for my workout.

Well, what I just do is to create a meal and add all those ingredients there with the portion i use for it. And when i want to log in that meal next time but seems like i didn't use everything in the ingredients, i just edit it. Whether it is the ingredients or the portion of the meal.😊
