This is the reason why i don't eat back my calories. I don't know if the estimation is right so i take it off entirely from my daily calorie goal. Actually, it's less than that most times. But i drink water and green tea a lot so i don't always feel hungry even though i always do my exercise in the morning i don't feel as exhausted

It's the recipe i created😭. I weighed everything but didn't input it. Only logged in after i was through with eating it all. Like i ate everything. Was actually planning on eating like 3 pieces of that pancake but ended up eating all six of them😪

I make a tea of ginger, garlic, lemon and honey. And they work for me, whether it is hot or not. I just boil it all in a big pot (juice of lemon not the pith but you can add that if you don't mind the butterflies). I drink it as water that period
