1) Be more active - Get to the gym a minimum of 3 times per week. Given my work schedule I would like to get in 1 Cardio work out, 1 upper body workout and 1 lower body workout. I will try to go more often, but will commit myself to 3 for the time being. My goal on working days is to be out the door for the gym by 5:30 AM…
