Steps to ensure successful accountability partnerships
1. Know what you need. What kind of support works best for you? (Likes, messages, etc...) 2. Make it a priority. 3. Use a tracking system (daily, weekly, etc...). 4. Pick the right group. Surround yourself with those who have similar goals. Items to avoid 1. Being judgmental. Negativity does not yield good results.

What are your goals for 2020?
A good starting point would be to see what everyone’s goals are in 2020. Mine are: 1) Be more active - A minimum of 3 days per week at the gym (1 cardio workout, 1 upper body workout and 1 lower body workout).
