What are your goals for 2020?

A good starting point would be to see what everyone’s goals are in 2020.
Mine are:
1) Be more active - A minimum of 3 days per week at the gym (1 cardio workout, 1 upper body workout and 1 lower body workout). I may do more, but will commit to a minimum of 3.
2) Make healthier food choices and track it daily. Make sure to stay within my weekly target.
