  • I love mine too! I feel so rested in the morning.
  • I don't think it's good because everything gets hot. I am not sure it's good for phones or headsets. I wish there were Zen or meditative playing inside the sauna. But really anything goes in the gym I attend. It's not a spa, it's a working person's gym.
  • I feel like it's gone awry too.
  • "All of the discussion I have read was in direct response to you passing judgment on what others wear. Can you point out one post that stated you should wear something other than what you enjoy wearing?" I guess you haven't read them all. All I did was post my opinion then I was bombarded.
  • I myself have seen better results when I do a 5-7 minute warmup on a cardio machine, then 30-60 minute weight training and stretching and then a 15 minute high intensity interval training on a cardio machine. Then on off days I jog/walk which gets my heart rate up to a steady level.
  • I've never had an issue wearing my sweats and tees in the last 3 decades that I've been wearing them to the gym. They've never got bunched up and I've never tripped or got hung up on any type of machinery. I am comfortable in loose fitting clothing at the gym and I think you guys are judging me because I wear baggy clothes…
  • Wow this is just so strange to me that so many people have never heard of the "plans" option on MFP. I am tempted to go for a trial just to be able to report back. LOL! Spark People (SP) did the same thing. The diehard SP members love it. I have an account on SP and MFP. My trainer has asked me to use MFP. I am not sure…

  • All I know is there's conflicting opinions, evidence, reasons for why we have a obesity epidemic. I watch my 600 pound life as I am interested in seeing how they share their stories. Often the common thread is a history of some kind of childhood abuse. Sexual, physical, mental, neglect, ect. Or the mom or dad is an addict,…
  • I am 55 and 5'5". If I go below 148 everyone says I look too thin. I can fit into a size 9/10 at that weight. That's where I am most comfortable. I also feel like anything below that, for me, is too difficult to maintain.
  • @Womona can you post a screen shot of the arm band monitor you use? I have a Fitbit but it's an inexpensive one that doesn't include heart rate.
  • LOL! I am told so many different things pertaining to this. Some say eat those calories while others say no. I don't how the affect weight loss.
  • Sometimes there's a glitch. I had my calories set at 1400 and it cha6to 1700. Did you look at that in settings?
  • So are you happy with premium?

  • I am with you. I don't think it offers much more than what I need. Seems like so many of these apps cost and don't give anymore than MFP.

  • Sorry, I didn't mean to insinuate that.
  • I hate to say this but I am so happy to read this! I use to just walk right in and not even think about what anyone else was doing. Now I notice a lot more. I don't want to offend anyone but some of the guys in the gym are horrible at gawking at the girls! Also I think with all the phones in the gym people film each other.…
  • I am 55 years old and only wear sweats and old tees to the gym. I am not one to fall for discriminated marketing. So many of the tights are just over the top tight! I just don't understand why women still allow themselves to be subjected to the sexualization of our bodies! Working out should be in a comfortable, stress…
  • I am with you! I tried wearing the tight leggings to the gym a few times. Just too much for me! I am old school and wear sweats and old tee shirts. I am not there for guys to look at my "nether region"!
  • There's always that one guy! LOL! There's one at my gym. Good thing I am working out with a trainer cause if he came over he'd get a lip lashing from him. My trainer even told me, that's ridiculous! When I train alone I'd put my earbuds in and ignore them. If they insist I would, yell... WHAT? LOL!
  • Yes! There are paid plans. Thanks for your alls input! @ZoneFive yes I am happy with what I got going. Thanks for the support. Sometimes I get compulsive with diet plans! I don't know why. I think I have a horrible relationship with food! I was on two plans plus MFP at the same time. I'll search the community. Thanks again!
