@sheilaboneham - Thanks! We've just tryed the standard gluten free pasta which is corn and rice flour. Chickpea and red lentil sounds so much healthier. I'll pick some up next time I shop. I also look forward to fresh zucchini to make zucchini noodles in place of pasta - so good!
