There's never been a better time to be getting older than right now - people are living so much longer and it's accepted more than ever that it is just a number and none of the old sterotypes exist, especially things like how women should dress "after a certain age,"β¦

Thank you so much @musicsax . I know you have the same struggles as I have with bingeing. I can control my food triggers as long as I stay away from them. The emotional/stress triggers are harder, but it does seem to be getting easier the longer I go. HAPPY BIRTHDAY a day early. Enjoy your day!!π΅β¨ππ

@SheilaBoneham Not to say you haven't thought of these, or if they would work for you or fit your life, but just telling you some things I do. First, I am never hungry in the morning - never. I use this to my advantage and usually don't eat until 11a to Noon. I usually get up around 6a to 7a. This leaves lots of caloriesβ¦

I am considering changing the β to something else. Especially when I am losing.
