  • Thank you, My expectation was 6 to 9 pounds the first month. I was really shocked! I have an expectation of reality which is maybe 1.5 lbs. per week.

  • It’s supposed to read 15 days not 25 Yes my calorie goal every day was 1750 I upped it to 1800 now due to the walking.
