Twilight years reality
Being 20 year runner in my years after high school. My lung capacity is excellent when doing a daily workout. At 59 my lungs say go go my body says don’t you dare! I have to alternate my walking with one day of normal pace the the next with speed and different terrain.

One of those days
I am just starting to post my calorie intake public, it’s an accountability for me. Anytime I up the mileage or the speed and intensity of my daily walk I usually struggle that first day. Given that I dropped 18 lbs. my first 30 days doing no exercise, I’m confident I’ll be ok now adding a workout regime. As always Rock on…
