First 30 days

Hi everyone,
I started tracking on my fitness pal a month ago.
I had a plan in mind how I wanted to gauge my 1st 30 days.
Unconditional for sure but it worked just as I wanted it to.
I started tracking everything the first 14 days.
Next I stopped tracking and did not enter anything the next 14 days.
I am 59 year old male
Intentionally did no exercise,
I wanted to see where I’d be after a month.
I am following the keto plan.
I have not veered off it one bit,
I weighed myself in the 1st time.
I dropped 18 pounds.
I am back on here entering my data each day,
I added a fast walking regime every day
2 miles for the next 3 weeks then increase to 3, then plateau off at 4 miles in 6 to 8 weeks.

    Interesting tactic. What have you learned from this? Meaning, when you were tracking did you set a calorie goal? What about when you didn't track? Just curious as to how that all worked and how you plan to continue.

    It’s supposed to read 15 days not 25
    Yes my calorie goal every day was 1750
    I upped it to 1800 now due to the walking.
