I would struggle with a 5.30pm finish each day. One thing that works for me is when I have finished eating for the day, I brush my teeth, this helps me avoid absent mindlessly placing food in my mouth.

Back at a "healthy' BMI by my daughter's birthday in Feb, back I to the 60s (kg not lb) in March, goal weight April fools day. The challenge will then be keeping it off - something that I have only managed for 12 months in the past.

I love wine but know this is what de-rails me every time. For me 2020 is going to be wine free. Otherwise I will lose some weight, allow for some wine in my calories, decide to drink just a little more then start snacking.

Hi, I'm 48 in Australia and managed to gain 10kg last year. I weighed almost this much a decade ago but I was 9 months pregnant at the time. I plan not to drink in 2020.
